Hiroyuki Aoki is a principal scientist of J-PARC Center, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) and a professor of Institute of Materials Structure Science, High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK). He obtained his PhD degree from Kyoto University in 2001. He had been an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor of Department of Polymer Chemistry, Kyoto University since 2001. He moved to JAEA as a principal scientist in 2016. He has been also a professor of KEK since 2018. His research interests are focused on structure and dynamics of polymer thin films.
